If within one year from date of purchase (ship date) the ColorCatch® fails to function because of defect in material or workmanship, DXL–Colorix will, at its options, repair or replace the unit.

The warranty will be void if malfunction was caused by damage to the unit, by accident, misuse or abuse, including tampering or damage in transit.

DXL-Colorix shall not be liable under this or any implied warranty for incidental or consequential damage.
